Generic Planning Process

The high-level process that describes the evolution in Olympic planning during the lifecycle of an OCOG from foundation through dissolution. The exact planning phases and timing of each phase are adapted to fit the context of the specific OCOG. There are two main streams to the planning process: venue planning and functional area planning.
